Sub zero. Do not go to this place!!!

There's nothing to like here, honestly. There's so much lost potential here. The location would be great, but the owner is a scammer.

This place had no running water connected. It had no gas connected. There is no functioning toilet; even if the water ever were to be connected, the toilet would still be missing the essential parts needed for flushing. The place was dirty, it has not been cleaned in months. The beds were in nasty condition. There were no furniture in the living room. There were no towels. There were no bed sheets. The toilet mirror light had been taken off. I reserved this place so I could go to sleep and wash myself, and neither could be done there. When I arrived, there were service men inspecting the water connection cabinet, with a physical part in their hand needed for connecting the water. They told me this could not be done, because the owner had not paid the bills. The owner tried to lie and tell, that this was due to a local water breakage in the area. The service men told me, that the rest of the building did have water. The owner told me I should take a shower and go to the toilet downstairs at a garage below the ground level. It was a dog shower, with only cold water connected. The toilet in the garage did function, but going there required going 4 stories down in the basement and walking through a big apartment building underground garage to get there. The owner also required me to stay in the apartment so the gas could be connected, and lied to booking.com that the water got connected during my stay. Connecting either of these would not require my presence, because the connection cabinets were outside of the apartment, in the hallway. I had a very full schedule to attend to during my trip, as it wasn't a beach holiday, and could not be there whenever someone else decided to require. The apartment was unlivable, so I was forced to stay at a friend's hotel room during the whole trip. I did not get any refund, because reservation can not be cancelled if the owner does not agree to it. And why would he, while I had to pay in advance.

Spacious apartment in a great location right at the beach front.

Getting the keys to the apartment was a nightmare. There was a contact to a local person, who did not speak any English. The host was unavailable via mobile. We spent an hour trying to understand where are they keys and which apartment it was. Definitely could be better arranges.

Disappointing

The appartment is very big

There are no sheets or towels in the apartment. The blankets and pillows are dirty and there is no pillowcase and blanketcase , even though according to the advertisement of the apartment owner there should have been. The living room is completely empty and there is nowhere to sit. Only a TV but no couches or chairs. Although the advertisement states that there is a bottle of water, there is not

Spacious apartment in a great location right at the beach front.

Getting the keys to the apartment was a nightmare. There was a contact to a local person, who did not speak any English. The host was unavailable via mobile. We spent an hour trying to understand where are they keys and which apartment it was. Definitely could be better arranges.
