NOTHING

Was overall good however the Vila felt a little rundown

Good area, large, had a pool and aircon in all rooms

Felt a little run down, facilities were okay, nothing special but nothing to complain about

The best vacation villa I’ve ever been to

Exactly how the pictures show it to be. Plenty of amenities, fully decked out kitchen so you can cook for yourself. Bathroom and bedroom interior all on point. Staff were also very friendly with daily cleaning of the whole house. The outdoor area was our personal favourite as we just gathered around there to chill and talk together.

Absolutely nothing. The whole villa was amazing

Have a look around before selecting this Villa.

The Villa was spacious, with large rooms and plenty of areas to sit. Quiet neighborhood and relatively accessible by foot.

The cleanliness was not as excepted considering the other reviews. We stayed for 5 nights (5 people) we ran out of towels with no replacement and the cleaner just swept the floors in the morning. There was a lot of used/unusable kitchen utensils scattered around the kitchen area. The kitchen it self contained a lot of mould residue and the fridges had food items still in it from previous stays. Bed linen was not changed and toilet paper was not re-stocked. The soaps where empty within the bathroom areas and kitchen and no hand sanitizer within the Villa. The gym room was not what it appeared to be from the photos, it was empty and contained old cleaning items (brooms, mops, buckets ect) There where 3 highly used tea towels within the kitchen that did not look sanitary at all. The door locks did not work and we could not get two doors open, the front gate padlock didn’t work and we had to use our own to secure the villa. At 3am (luckily on the day we left) the power shut off, we had no water, no internet and no electricity. A constant beeping noise played for approximately 6 hours, the villa was messaged with no response so we ended up leaving earlier then expected. The pool was considerably smaller then what is shown on the photos and one day we all came back to some strange man who ignored us cleaning the pool. The down stairs bathroom was almost unusable due to no extractor fan and the smell of dampness throughout. All up the villa could use a lot of improvements and I would recommend looking around before selecting this one. It’s situated quiet far from main seminyak about (5km walk) and there is a lot of dogs barking all night.
