The location of the property was absolutely perfect, super close to all the sights and some amazing bars and restaurants but the hotel was so quiet!
The facilities were amazing, the hosts were really communicative and had a very handy app to download which had all the check in and out info. The check in was absolutely seamless.
The room was really generously sized and the bathroom facilities were top notch. Lovely little touches too like providing tissues, shower gel, and shampoo.
Overall it was great value for money, if I’d definitely recommend!
None at all!

Location was great!
Size of the room. Not enough hooks for towels/coats.

The guest house was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Bairro Alto. The staff were very responsive to our communication, and the self check-in was smooth.
The street noise at night can be bothersome as it is a nightlife area, however with the windows closed, it’s pretty soundproof.

The room was nice, especially the bathroom. The A/C worked great and was a big plus. In a great location for me.
Very hard mattress and treacherous entrance to the room. Very poorly designed entrance with uneven steps and awkward access to the room.
