The apartment was as described, very clean and although a little outside of the centre it was only a 15 min walk and we dod not mind this. A couple of nice bars near by and mercadonna sipermarket 10 mins walk.
Correspondance from Julio pre arrival was good and the check in and obtaining the key was smooth as its on a car park railing in a lock but julio sends key info by whatts app with pictures and instructions.
Soooo whilst the apartment is clean and has most things you need for 4 people. It lacks comfort for tome back when relaxing. The lounge has one sofa to seat 3 comfortably so someone had to sit on dining chair.
And the balcony only had 2 very old chairs so again we had to take two dining chairs outside if we wanted to sit.
There is no aircon in second bedroom, there is a fan but not great when its very warm and you cannot leave windows open as soooo noisy as a busy main road with lots of trsffic. Heard the bin man on first day at 4.30 am as made mistake of leaving it open.
Finally worst part was the main front door to building! On arrival after being delayed for 3 hours we got the key easily from the lock but could not open main door! Spent 15 mins and then sent Julio a text and call to be told he finishes at 9!
We tried for ages and eventually wiggling the key did get us in. However a huge issue for the 4 nights we were there as we could not get i many times and was relying on others letting us in when exiting.
This would be an easy fix for the lock barrell to be changed with new keys.
Such a shame as it made our trip very fruststing

Bra planerad lägenhet, mycket utrymme. Rent och fräscht.
Nyckeln till porten kärvade hela tiden. Vi stod som längst 20 minuter innan vi kom in. Kändes otryggt att gå ut på kvällen när vi inte visste om vi skulle komma in.

Znakomita lokalizacja. Spokojna, cicha ulica. Bliskość do przystanku autobusowego oraz stacji kolejowej.
Zepsuty zamek od drzwi wejściowych na klatkę. Otwarcie zamka wymaga licznych manewrów kluczem.

The location is excellent. The apartment is very spacious and clean.
1. Both showers don’t have a door. Thus, the bathroom mat was soaking after each shower. Lots of cleaning afterwards. It’s especially hard as there’s no extra towel.
2. The door handle of the 2nd bathroom is broken and is only secured by tape.
3. We were only given 4 toilet rolls (but one was rotten) for 4 people 8-night stay. When we requested more, we were told to buy our own. Quite shocked. Anyway, Julio dropped off 3 more rolls afterwards.
4. We asked Julio for help book a taxi to the airport in the very early morning on our last day. Disappointedly, the reply came so late (20 hours later) saying he couldn’t possibly help as we had too many luggage. In the end, we booked an uber ourselves.
5. The balcony is nice but with lots of bird poos. Needs cleaning!
6. It would be great if there is a clothes drying rack.
