I liked the made up of the location, the very friendly and supportive staff. It is very close to the train station and all must-sees could be reached by foot which I found very convenient.

The hostel has very pleasant staff. I don't know the names unfortunately, but we met 4 people and everybody was amazing, that cannot be a coincidence. The room was clean and well furnished, the common areas felt very cozy and comfortable.
It is also very conveniently located, near the Termini station (and the metro) - on our last day, we had an evening flight, so we went exploring and left our bags at the hostel. Getting the bags before the train to the airport was therefore no hassle at all.
Nothing comes to mind.

Reasonable price
The bathrooms weren’t very clean. Also a very far walk to most sights.
