Very nice apartment! Very close, 5 min walk to Levante beach. City center, but quiet at night. Mercadona supermarket not far from the apartment, 10 min walk. Smaller supermarket close to the apartment, 5 min walk. Great hosts, gave very good and detailed instructions and replied quickly if there were any questions. The kitchen is very well equipped, there was everything needed for cooking and comfortable living. We stayed for 10 nights there.Will definitely come back!
Bathroom was not so big, but we could manage (two people), everything needed was there in place and in order

It was really close to the beach and the price was Ok
The smell from the bathroom sink was really disgusting, especially in the evening. Also I was very surprised when the owner asked me to pay cleaning fee. I thought that cleaning after every guest is normal, but not in this place. They expected us to deep clean the whole apartment. We were told that they are only changing sheets and towels and the rest of the cleaning should be on Our side. It is the first time that it happened to me. There was no single spoon left in the sink nor a piece of trash in the trash bin left, so you cannot say that the apartment was “very dirty”. Do not recommend.
