I have just returned from a wonderful stay at Seaview Sactuary. Richard and Katie are the most perfect hosts. Very friendly and helpful, checking regularly that you have everything you need. The house was warm, spotlessly clean and had everything I needed. Location wise was great, not far to walk to the Pier or into town. The bus into town stops opposite and coming back literally outside the door, which was a blessing in the terrible weather during my stay. My room for a single was a great size and had a view over the rooftops to the downs. Water and fresh milk provided in the small in room fridge which was a nice touch. Great to have the option of a continental style breakfast, which was attractively served and delivered to my room. Plenty to eat. I absolutely loved the cake and cookies that were left out each day, they were so delicious a lovely gesture. My favourite was the cherry and coconut biscuit. I will definitely stay again when I next visit Eastbourne, Seaview and Katie and Richard are a great find.
Nothing, exceeded expectations.

A perfect little find, excellent value for money and the nicest hosts, nothing is too much trouble. Sitting on the balcony in the morning, with a sea view, drinking my coffee was priceless

The house was lovely and in such a good position for us. Super clean and owners super helpful. Everything just perfect. So nice having a fridge in the room and fridge and cakes available in conservatory. Fantastic views from front views with balconies wih chairs and table. Great.
Nothing for me although brother found 4 poster bed a bit too short! But he is over 6 ft.

cakes/biscuits and water/milk on offer for guests was a nice touch and the hosts were very pleasant.
the breakfast was expensive for the limited selection and it was uncomfortably hot in the small breakfast room (it was a hot weekend so maybe it is normally not so bad)
