Bad

Only the location

Everything, the apartment had no ventilation, no natural light, the toilet was tiny and the shower didn’t have a holder, so you had to hold the shower with your own hands, the curtain separating the shower to the rest of the toilet was not eficiente at all, the whole place got weat. Anyways, not great for the price. I wouldn’t recoment it to anyone. The costumer service as well was absolutely poor.

Clean and everything we need is all there...

a little bit noisy outside

Disappointed , we left and booked somewhere else with aircon and more peaceful

Location is good, but it is on the loud party street, there is no aircon and only window is opened on the street where people are partying all night

Too loud small and hot, shower was broken and smells and the whole apartment is dirty and not maintained

Good location, but everything else awful, unsafe, and uncomfortable

The only positive thing about this apartment was the location – most attractions were within walking distance.

Unfortunately, the accommodation itself was very disappointing. While the bed was reasonably comfortable, the bedding was poor quality and we were initially only provided with one very flat pillow each. Extra pillows were only provided after we asked. The biggest issue was security. The main entrance to the building was not locked, meaning anyone could walk in. There were frequently homeless people around the entrance and rummaging through bins outside at night, which regularly disturbed our sleep and made us feel uncomfortable leaving our belongings in the apartment. When we left today, 3 homeless people were even sleeping in the stairway. The smell around the property was also unpleasant. The courtyard contained overflowing bins and there was a strong smell of urine that lingered throughout the area, making it far from welcoming. The apartment lacked basic amenities. There was no air conditioning (only a fan), no wardrobe or proper place to hang clothes, and no safe. The space itself was extremely small and felt quite claustrophobic. Several maintenance issues made the stay frustrating: * The curtains fell down when we tried to close them, leaving the entire window exposed. * The bathroom door would not close properly because the door frame was misaligned. * The shower curtain leaked water all over the floor. * There was nowhere to mount the shower head, so it had to be held while showering. * Hot water was unreliable and occasionally turned freezing cold. To make matters worse, the apartment numbers were poorly labelled. During our stay, two different guests attempted to enter our room because they believed it was theirs. Overall, the apartment felt neglected, poorly maintained, unclean, and insecure. While the location was convenient, it did not make up for the numerous issues we experienced during our stay. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

Very well located close to bars restaurants cafes and convenience store. Simple clean and economical for a short stay

The main purpose was to rest and sleep here however there was not sufficient pillows and a small square cushion was placed on bed for sleeping. A small investment could determine the comfort of rest.

Very good stay in this apartment! It is clean, well-equipped, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is ideal, close to public transport and shops, which makes getting around very easy. The host is responsive and friendly, always available if needed. Check-in and check-out were very smooth.

Small point to improve: the kitchen is missing a stove, which can be a bit limiting for cooking.
