The staff are absolutely amazing,so friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The mountain views are simply breathtaking, definitely one of the best highlights of this place!
Even the evening rain makes the experience more magical. Sitting on the balcony, watching the mist roll over the mountains while listening to the gentle rain, is such a peaceful and unforgettable feeling.
Taking a walk around the beautiful surroundings is another highlight. The fresh mountain air, lush greenery, and peaceful atmosphere make every moment special.
A perfect place to relax, reconnect with nature, and enjoy the true beauty of Haputale. Highly recommended! ❤️

The hotel has two parts, big rooms overlooking the great view and a small bungalow in the garden. The garden is lovely and well kept. Breakfast buffet had lots of choice and nice food. The staff were lovely and attentive. Do the cooking lesson as it was fun.
The garden bungalow is next to a noisy road and a little damp as bathroom does not dry out after showers. Showers also need updating.
