The best hotel in all Bulgaria! Everything is high standard.
No snacks in the spa. The bar had no sandviches
Or other snaks... only in weekend! That is not ok becouse you need to go up, change, go to the restaurant, and than come back. A small sanwich or something would be better in the spa.

The hotel has a great location and is exceptionally clean. The breakfast and dinner buffets were very large, with an excellent variety of food. The young staff members were especially friendly, attentive, and accommodating. We were even allowed to use the wellness area before check-in, which we really appreciated. Another nice touch was that all items in the minibar were complimentary for the first refill.
There was nothing in particular that we disliked about our stay.

Comfort, cleanliness, amazing facilities, nice staff.

Room was nice and big. Balcony.
The food was mediocre, gives you the impression that there is plenty to chose from but if you look closely, it is the same 3-4 types of food & sweets.
Parking was more or less a gambling to find an empty spot.
Quite expensive for the service. Sea beds nesr pool were 95% of the time "reserved" by people by leaving their towels there (staff should do a better job at policing this behavior).
Drinks/water not included in "all inclusive" price (???)
