Kitchenette (oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Open gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). Electric heating, air-conditioning. Terrace 30 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4), box-room. Beautiful view of the sea and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (fenced 2 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR, DE. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.
