We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and comfortable efficiency in San Juan! The location was excellent, with easy access to beautiful beaches and Old San Juan, making it the perfect place to relax and explore the area. The space was comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.
One of the sweetest surprises was our little furry welcome committee—a beautiful, friendly kitty who made us feel right at home! 🐱❤️
We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, conveniently located place to stay in San Juan. We would definitely love to come back!

I like everything but one of the best things is that is so peaceful at night that you sleep like a baby... love it.
Everything was good.

What I really liked about the room was how clean and comfortable it was. The room was nice and cold, the location was perfect, and getting in and out was incredibly easy and convenient. Honestly, I loved everything about my stay and was having a great experience—until…
We walked in and immediately noticed a very strong cigarette smoke smell throughout the entire room.
If this was supposed to be a smoking room, I feel that should have been clearly stated in the listing, but I did not see anything indicating that. We arrived around 2–3 a.m. and were extremely tired, so at that point, I wasn't going to contact anyone or try to resolve the issue in the middle of the night. We decided to just sleep through it.
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed because everything else about the room was nearly perfect. The smell of smoke was extremely strong and noticeable everywhere, including the bathroom. There really wasn't an area of the room where you couldn't smell it.
It's unfortunate because, without the smoke smell, I would have had a completely different experience and review.
