Dawn 935 - Wave Therapy is the perfect island escape, located directly on Seawall and complete with two community pools and a hot tub. This is a one-bedroom, one-bath condo, open-concept floor plan, ceramic tile floors and granite countertops throughout, plus in-unit laundry and private third-floor poolside balcony with Seawall and Gulf views.
The kitchen includes a matching stainless steel oven, side-by-side frig/freezer, oven with stovetop, dishwasher, mounted microwave, coffee pot (standard 12-cup drip), and toaster, and the living area has a 48" television, WIFI for your convenience, and a full sleeper sofa.
The bedroom offers a king-size bed, a 32'' tv, a large walk-in closet, and direct second entrance to the bathroom for convenience.
THE DAWN CONDOMINIUMS
The Dawn is Located on Seawall, just West of 69th Street, can’t be missed with the tropical colors, palm trees and beautifully landscaped grounds and feature two swimming pools (one pool is heated to 81° in the cooler months), a poolside hot tub, community grilling areas, fitness center, on-site laundry and gated parking. All units at The Dawn offer a private covered balcony or patio, which is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of your favorite beverage. All kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans and dishes to make breakfast, lunch or dinner, and guests are so close to so many delicious places to eat if you don’t feel like cooking or decide to order in after a long day at the beach or pool. All guests are required to pay per car for parking upon arrival at The Dawn.
NOTES Parking is paid to The Dawn upon arrival.
All guests must pay parking fee per vehicle. 1-3 days parking rate is $36.70 plus tax ($3.30) making it a flat $40.00. 3 or more days parking rate is $45.88 plus tax (4.12) making it a flat rate $50.00

We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had the basic supplies we needed. If you plan to wash clothes, bring laundry soap.The balcony view was nice, overlooking the pool, and we could also see the ocean. There are two pools, one heated and one not. We used the pool near our unit, and it was clean and well kept. We saw staff cleaning early in the morning. The pool closes at 10:00 p.m. and they do enforce it. Later pool hours in the summer would be nice. They also check for wristbands, so keep yours with you.The location was great. You can cross the road and walk straight to the beach. There are outdoor shower stations at each pool to rinse off sand. This part of the seawall felt a little better because it was still close to everything but farther from the busiest areas. Walmart is right next door, which was very convenient.There is no elevator, so if you are on the top floor, you will carry everything upstairs. If stairs are difficult for you, book a bottom-floor unit. Parking is not assigned, so you may park a little ways from your unit. There is also a resort fee for parking and amenities due to the resort. We stayed 4 nights, and it was 50 for one vehicle.The couch was not the most comfortable, but the king bed was comfortable. Communication through the app was not the best and may take a couple of days. Our door code did not work when we arrived, but I called, and they reset it over the phone so we could get in.

Thank you for hosting us! This place is right across the street from the beach. It was an easy walk over. The condo was very clean.

Too many stairs . Could not sit on the balcony because the chairs were broken report it no one came. Could not get into place because the email forgot the check mark. We were cited because our hitch was over the side walk by an inch if we had see it the truck would have been towed and we were on a handicap spot
