Superb, ample and quite studio at a good location

Nice, luminous and spacious studio in a brand-new building. Huge, comfortable bed. Very well equipped place with brand-new facilities and appliances. Well furnished too. Extra clean. Very quiet and great insulation, which is what I most appreciate. Really good standards in general. Good location near the train station. Also I appreciate the convenient check-in and check-out times. Do not get disheartened by what I write in the "didn't like" section below.

Despite having adjusted the thermostat to its max setting, the studio felt a bit cold. I had to wear a pullover all the time. I'd suggest the owner to check that. Note that, despite its good location, due to Tampere city being under "full revamp" for some years now, access to and from the train station/city centre is not as quick as it looks on the map. There are quite a few construction fences and, besides, the entrance to the studio is through a door in the back of the building. Therefore a long detour is needed for getting there from the train station or (not so long) for walking to the centre, most of all when you arrive for the first time and are not familiar with the walking routes. This is not the host's fault, but it would be great if it were stated in the description and some detailed access-map were offered. On arrival, it took me over 15' minutes to find my way from the station despite it being only a stone's throw away. Lastly, nowhere in the "property policies" (on Booking.com) is stated that the guest should take his garbage to the building's dumpsters. However, when you arrive to the studio, the "house rules" sheet requires you to. I'm sorry but I didn't, because there was no mention of that requirement when I booked. I think the host should clarify that particular demand in the booking description. And anyway, when you pay around 90-120 € for every night's stay, I'm not sure how fair it is to ask the guests to dispose of their own trash.

Great, central location. Close to Tammela stadion and railway station. Quiet, brand new and well equipped. Very easy access.
