Have\n Stayed at this Location on numerous occasions. It works extremely well for me and my business. I love the location of being in old Southampton.. I intended to continue booking here as often as I can
The door locking system is very fidly and not familiar for new arriving guests. There is very little assistance on hand and .in fact, had to phone to seek further assistance on entry.\n Also, the descriptions/passcodes Is written over 2 lines with an important passcode, not present on the same line. Therefore, easy to miss, which caused my problem. Maybe it's just me. I'm sure my teenage daughters would have no issues with modern technology. But I suspect elderly people would find this system a little bit more challenging. That's my only opinion /fault on what is a very good product with excellent value for money?

It was a good place to get ready before a gig, the power shower was amazing! It was a 2 min walk from a public car park, the access was clear and easy to operate, it was easy to find a doorway nestled in an outdoor seating area of a eaterie, it had a tower fan which we used, had a coffee in the morning, shower gel, and 2 in 1 shampoo was enough for 2 people 2 showers, no waste, bed was clean and comfortable, would stay there again, has restaurants/cafes/pubs on the doorstep.

I liked the location mainly
Lots of stairs with heavy luggage, no lifts, tv didn't work.
Nobody there to talk to or ask for help
