The location was great, very close to the train station. I really liked the original building, and the interior paired nicely with the adjoining hotel. Roberto was very friendly, informative and helpful whenever we needed it!
The lack of food options/the hotel’s dinner arrangements. They were closed one night and we couldn’t really get a solid answer on when we can eat in the hotel so decided to go out instead.

We booked this hotel for visiting Venice. The location is very good, 5 min walk from the train station and 10 min walk from the city center with good restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly.
The breakfast was pretty average. There was relatively a wide selection, but none of it was particularly tasty.

Good hotel in a great location. All staff were efficient and friendly. Breakfast was very good, with a wide choice of gluten free options too.

Good location to visit the old town
Very touristy, with many tour groups staying at the hotel that shares the same facilities. Breakfast is reasonable, but the food is a bit basic and sloppy. The cold cuts are very thick, which gives it a rough feel. I ordered an omelet, which was good. The restaurant staff is attentive. The bed is comfortable. All in all it is more like a 3 stars.
