About this apartment rental
Ideally located vacation rental in Braunlage. 1.5 km from Wurmberg, a 10-minute walk to the town center, with cross-country ski trails, bike paths, and hiking trails right in the vicinity. Sledding right by the house; thanks to its location on a dead-end street, there are great play areas for children. Barbecue area by the house, shared basement with foosball table, outdoor ping-pong table, outdoor seating on the property, laundry room with washer and dryer, dishwashers, ironing facilities, and a clothesline. Garages for skis, sleds, bikes, motorcycles, or strollers. There are 4 apartments, each with 4 or 1x5 beds, making this an ideal option even for large groups. The cleaning fee includes bed linens (beds made) and towels (1 shower towel and 2 additional towels per guest), as well as a shower mat.
Important: After booking, the visitor’s tax will be calculated (see Braunlage Tourism for terms and conditions) and must be paid before arrival via PayPal or bank transfer. The tickets will then be waiting in the apartment upon arrival.

Wir haben es sehr genossen, bei schönstem Sommerwetter den Harz zu erkunden. Die Wohnung ist absolut spitze, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, nagelneue Kücheneinrichtung und Möbel; alles, was man braucht, ist vor Ort, Sauberkeit tiptop und die Kinder konnten im Kicker-Keller oder an der Tischtennisplatte toben, wenn wir nicht unterwegs waren. Sehr ruhig gelegen, ein Katzensprung durch eine traumhafte Wiese direkt in die Natur, auch zur Innenstadt nicht weit.
Schlüsselübergabe funktioniert direkt am Haus reibungslos und auf Rückfragen habe ich umgehend Antwort erhalten.
Wir würden sicher wiederkommen, wenn wir zweimal am selben Ort Urlaub machen würden ;).

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und liegt ruhig am Rand von Braunlage, so dass man direkt loswandern kann. Gleichzeitig ist man aber auch schnell und zu Fuß in der Stadt. Es gibt auch außen schöne Sitzgelegenheiten mit Grillmöglichkeiten, Tischtennisplatte und Kickerkeller. Optimal für eine Auszeit mit der Familie.

Wir haben am Abend vor der Anreise gebucht und es hat alles super geklappt. Die Wohnung ist so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben komplett, bis auf das Bad neu ausgestattet. Aber auch das Bad ist in einem sehr ordentlichen Zustand. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem Haus mit noch drei anderen Ferienwohnungen. Am Ende einer Sackgasse gelegen, kann die Lage nur als absolut ruhig bezeichnet werden. Die Innenstadt von Braunlage ist fußläufig in 15 min erreichbar.
