GIOVINAZZO HISTORIC APULIA is a historic residence and antique museum dating back to the 1700s, located in the medieval town center, across from the town’s old marina.
High stone vaulted ceilings and elegant furnishings in a style that complements the building.
The beach and all amenities are just a stone’s throw away (bars, the beach, restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores, tobacco shops, and various stores), so you can leave your car behind and fully enjoy the historic village or the beaches.
The house is built entirely of stone, with high, airy vaulted ceilings and Trani stone flooring. It’s situated in an ideal location to enjoy both the sea and the charming historic center. The antique furnishings have been expertly restored to immerse you in and let you savor the charm of the past.
Probably the only one with a private atrium (Atrium),
decorated with typical Mediterranean plants and furnished with a small table and chairs, perfect for breakfast or for your SMART-WORKING.
Fully equipped kitchen with sink, oven, stovetop, refrigerator, coffee machine (pods included), and dishes.

What a delightful place for a year-round visit to Giovinazzo. In the summer you walk right out into the port and your own terrace, and in the winter the heating and hot water keep you cosy. Beautifully decorated, with great explanations in Italian and English so you can get comfortable right away. I will definitely return and highly recommended.

A fabulous stay, great location just off the Piazza Porto , perfect court yard garden , very private and a great place for breakfast.
Comfortable beds and the main bedroom is very roomy. Everything is there for a week away.
There are plenty of places to see/eat and drink, you are literally right in the middle of everything. The apartment is old and full of interesting artefacts. It’s very quiet too with air conditioning in the lounge /kitchen area (which we were very grateful for!)
A lovely stay for my sister and I, a great place to spend a week. The train station is a 10 minute walk and the airport is a 15 minute drive.
Mariam is a lovely host, full of useful information on where to go and what to do, very helpful.

A fantastic property with lots of character and everything we needed for our stay in Giovinazzo. Interesting information on the history of the property and Giovinazzo is a wonderful, unspoilt town. Mariam our host was great and providing breakfast and fresh fruit from her garden was an unexpected extra. We can’t wait to return.
