The bright and spacious living/dining room welcomes guests with two comfortable sofas, a satellite TV, and a bookcase stocked with books — perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the Eternal City.
The dining area seats six and showcases stylish touches such as a mid-century modern credenza and vibrant chairs, while the two large windows fill the space with natural light and open onto a quiet inner courtyard.
The area is air-conditioned for year-round comfort.

The location is hard to beat with a close walk to the main sights, including the Colosseum, Piazza Navona, Pantheon & Trevi Fountain. Right outside are two nice restaurants for late dining. Around the corner is the Victor Emmanual II Monument which has a rooftop restaurant/bar with a nice view of the Colosseum. The space was perfect for our group of six with the youngest being 12. It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. I would definitely stay here again!

This home is close to everything in Rome central. Right outside the door are a couple restaurants and markets. The beds are comfortable and it is very clean. Do note there is only one shower. It was not a problem for us but may be uncomfortable if it were several couples. We would definitely stay here again. The property manager is very nice and helpful!

We were traveling as a group of 6- 4 adults and 2 school aged children. The apartment exceeded our expectations. Beautiful, bright- perfect location to experience Rome. Beds were comfortable, plenty of space for all us. Ilara meet us at the property to show us around and recommended several great restaurants. If we find ourselves in Rome again we will definitely be back to Piazza Margana!

Awesome stay from start to finish! Amazing detail and well designed and intentional. Llaria recommended so many great restaurants and arranged private transport from the airport. Quiet area and close to everything!
