About this villa rental
A charming townhouse with a spacious terrace overlooking the sea, just a few minutes from the beautiful Portopaglietto beach. The home is a one-bedroom apartment consisting of a master bedroom (with either a double bed or two single beds), a living room-kitchen with a TV area, and a full bathroom with a shower and washing machine. The home is nestled among the greenery of the Mediterranean scrub within the Condominio Costa del Sole resort complex, a peaceful and quiet place to enjoy happy moments. The complex is located within a gated area, surrounded by greenery; it offers a seasonal communal pool with lifeguard service during the summer, a tennis court, and a pine forest with a playground for children. The cottage is situated just a few kilometers from the town’s historic center and the marina, an area full of bars and restaurants. The town of Portoscuso is close to numerous tourist destinations, such as the island of Sant’Antioco and the Nebida coast with its stunning Pan di Zucchero. From the town’s industrial port, you can take the ferry to the island of San Pietro and its renowned town of Carloforte. The southwestern region offers much more than just the sea, such as the mining sites of Santa Barbara and the beautiful hiking trails along the entire coast.

Pleasant property around 10 minutes walk from a nice beach and a hot sweaty trek from the nearest shop.There is no internet access and only a beach cafe nearby so you have to self cater

Very nice, beautiful trips arround and on the islands.
Supermarkets near by. Very nice little town with mostly sardinian population, which was very relaxing.
Every evening a sundowner on the terasse! We hope it was not our last time there.
