A number of things were provided that I wouldn't expect in an apartment rental, like towels and toiletries, salt and pepper.
The agents were very helpful. In general my queries were answered speedily even outside office times.
Entrance to the building depends on phone and internet connection. If there is any problem with either of those, and you're on your own, you can't get in. A kind passer-by and the agents helped me out so I was able to get in.

Location was very convenient, despite being on the main road, we did not get much noise from the street because the room was facing the inner yard.
User friend facilities, with the digital key to access.
Very comfortable place and spacious room.
Friendly staff and very responsive to our enquiries

Very good location. Bedroom was very quiet. Apartment was a good size and well equipped.
Good security system.
The staff in the Malaga office were exceptionally helpful. Good communication throughout the booking process and during our stay.
The mattress was comfortable but had a dip in the middle.
