Our stay was good. The place is basic, needs better cleaning and maintenance.

This place is decent. You get a good amount of space for your money. The main problem we encountered while staying in the summer was in unit 5, one of the the downstairs units, is there is a definite moisture problem. Very musty and moldy smelling, and all the fabric felt damp to the touch by the end of our stay, including the clothing packed in our bags. There is also a very unsettling splotchy stain in the bathroom wall that looks like the pictures I've seen of black mold. Luckily my family and I were there to hike and only really slept there. However every morning we all had horrible sinus problems. I'd recommend the owners investing in a dehumidifier but they were adamant about not having anything running power while the unit is empty. That definitely contribues to the problem.
