This property features a brand new eat-in kitchen, new bathroom, and new flooring and furnishings throughout. Guests will enjoy one spacious bedroom, living room with pull-out sofa, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, new full bathroom and back deck overlooking the yard. Parking: 2 stacked off-street spaces shared first-come, first-served among guests of the building, plus free on-street parking.
