Welcome to Tamarindo/Playa Langosta Beach, Costa Rica and Casa Roca. Casa Roca is an exclusive, luxury, six bedroom private home, located on Playa Langosta (Millionaire Mile), one of the most splendid stretches of wild beach in Costa Rica; just five minutes from Tamarindo. Casa Roca is a unique, custom designed estate home, designed and built by one of the most renowned, acclaimed architects in Costa Rica.
Casa Roca has 6 bedroom suites consisting of: 1) A private Casita with a king size bed and private bath, located inside the gated and guarded courtyard entrance. 2) An executive apartment with king size bed, private bath, refrigerator, microwave and kitchen counter with sink, located on the second floor, in the main entrance courtyard. 3-4) There are two guest bedrooms suites each located in the pool courtyard and overlooking the infinity pool and each open to the pool area. Each guest bedroom has a king size bed and private shower and dressing area. 5) An executive apartment with king size bed located on the interior of the home near the living room and kitchen. 6) The master bedroom suite is located downstairs of the pool courtyard and has a private patio/balcony with unobstructed views of the pristine, secluded beach and green area. The master bedroom has a desk space in addition to a king bed and private bath.
Casa Roca includes a large family room with internet and cable TV, located adjacent to the chef’s kitchen.
The kitchen is a chef’s delight and includes abundant storage, a large preparation area and it is fully equipped with a gas BBQ Grill and all modern appliances necessary to allow for total ease in cooking.
There is a large patio area located outside the kitchen/family room. The patio is located in the pool courtyard and includes outdoor furniture, an entertainment center, bar, ice maker and outdoor dining tables.
There is an elevated outdoor Cabana/Rancho located at the end of the infinity pool with swim up hot tub. The Cabana is equipped with a refrigerator, large serving table, and outdoor furniture, sink, bar, TV and ice maker. The Cabana overlooks the beach and green area.
All bedrooms as well as the family room and kitchen are fully air conditioned and have ceiling fans, dehumidifiers, TV’s with cable vision and internet service.
Casa Roca has a guarded security entrance to the entry courtyard and secure garage parking for 3 automobiles.
Casa Roca maintains a lush, Tropical environment with tropical plants and trees throughout the extensive landscaping.
A large wooden deck with a designer fire pit is located in the green area between the house and the beach for evening bond fires or star watching.
With over 7,500 square feet of livable area under roof and an expansive front and rear court yard, Casa Roca offers privacy as well as an intimate atmosphere for you and your guest.
Daily maid service, breakfast, laundry service, telephones, and security guards are provided. A stay at Casa Roca also includes complimentary access to the Langosta Beach Club!

Casa Roca is a dream home, filled with luxury, comfort and beauty. We are a family of 10, ranging in ages 71-10, and every experience fit our needs. Our Concierge, Mauricio Barrantes, offered top-of-the-line services, booking every activity we requested, arranging the golf carts and groceries to be on location as we arrived, answering all questions in details and guided us with his expertise. Johana greeted us every morning with her beautiful smile, as she served the most delicious breakfasts. And granted every food request with ease and grace. Both Ethan and Jesee always showed their gentlemany manners as they worked to maintain the beauty of this home. The pools and patios were always clean and inviting. Activities included ATV tour, waterfall experiences, ziplines, snorkeling, Road Less Travels Chef meals, exploring Tamarindo in our golf carts, enjoying the beach at the Langosta Beach Club, walking the beach filled with volcano rocks in front of Casa Roca, relaxing at this beautiful home, especially the upper patio, hot tub and pool. Every minute was spent outside, enjoying the perfect weather Costa Rica offers. Lifetime memories were made at Casa Roca, thanks to the beauty of this home and country, the welcoming atmosphere, and the top-notched staff that created this dream.

Our stay at Casa Roca was nothing short of exceptional. The home itself is absolutely stunning, beautifully maintained, incredibly comfortable, and even more impressive than the photos. Every detail of the property made our trip feel luxurious and relaxing.
What truly elevated the experience was the service. Mauricio, our concierge, was outstanding from start to finish. He was always available, incredibly responsive, and effortlessly helped coordinate everything we needed from answering questions to arranging bookings and transportation. Having someone so knowledgeable and attentive made the entire trip seamless and stress-free.
The in-home staff were equally amazing. Yohana and the young gentleman assisting her went above and beyond every single day. The house was kept immaculate; laundry was constantly taken care of (even personal items), and we never had to worry about a thing. Waking up to fresh, delicious breakfasts each morning was such a treat, and their willingness to come in early to accommodate our excursion schedule truly speaks to their dedication and kindness.
This was easily one of the best vacation experiences we've ever had. Casa Roca offers not just a beautiful place to stay, but a level of hospitality that is rare to find. We would return without hesitation and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Costa Rica.
