About this apartment rental
One bedroom, full bathroom, large living area with full kitchen and living room w/pull out couch. You will find all the essentials have been provided. Very comfortable overlooking Paugus Bay of Lake Winnipesaukee. Restaurants, stores, entertainment is all close by! Enjoy New Hampshire in any of the four seasons in comfort. Enjoy Weirs Beach in the summer, and Gunstock Ski Area in the winter. Come back to enjoy the pool for all guests. This is the place to be, all year round.

Bonnie was a great host. Out in front of communication and quick to respond to any adjustments or needs. She gave us great recommendations for our family vacation. Excellent budget option for our family of 5.

The place was just right for what we were doing (concert at Meadowbrook) and in a convenient location on the Laconia/Gilford border. The property is as described. The host, Bonnie provided thorough information on check-in and check-out procedures, property info, and more, well ahead of our stay. We didn't end up using the pool so can't speak to that. Comfortable bed and temperature control in the bedroom and living room. There was a bit of road noise from Route 3 in the living room, and noise from the neighbors upstairs and in the next-door unit, though it was tolerable. Check-in was easy with the door code sent in an email, and check-out procedures (wash any dishes, take out the trash, leave the temperature control at 75) were all clear in the same message. I would recommend Bonnie's place and would definitely stay again!

Lovely condo in a nice area of Gilford. Comfortable living room and very comfy bed. We loved the pool. Bonnie was easy to communicate with and was very helpful.

Bonnie, the host was exceptional with her communication and in honoring the commitment of our stay. The location was wonderful and once the condo had been cleaned it was great.
