What a lovely trip to Portland! The apartment is located close to (but about a 10 minute walk from) the downtown area, and right around from Washington Avenue’s many great restaurants. The apartment is spacious with high ceilings and lots of natural light, and has good air conditioning and fans to keep the place cool in the summer. The kitchen is small but well-stocked, and the in-unit washer-dryer was great for our family with smaller kids. The showers had good water pressure and the bathtub was helpful for cleaning the kiddos after the beach. The off-street parking was also great because parking in the area can be tricky. Overall, a very nice visit. Thanks!

Much smaller than it looks in the pictures. Clean, easy in and out, walkable to the downtown area.The living room furniture should be cleaned.

This was a very nice place to stay. It was very convenient to the waterfront, shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood felt a little rundown, but seemed safe. There was parking for one car off the street, which was wonderful. The house was very quiet at night. The beds were comfortable although the plastic mattress pads would not stay on one of the beds. The sheets kept coming off in the night. Should be a simple fix with a new pad. We had a great time staying here and would stay again.
