Great location, affordable, clean, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, good breakfast too. Our car to visit Bishkek got cancelled, the guy at the reception helped us as much as he could. Everyone in Kazakhstan is nice but having hotel staff who would go above and beyond is superb! Will definitely recommend staying here!

It’s clean and warm in the room
There were insects in the room, which was really unpleasant, so I had to ask for a different room.
