The staff are friendly. The breakfast was okay, could use a little improvement.
Could have given us an upgrade for our wedding anniversary.

I really enjoyed my stay. Customer service was amazing, and they do their best to accommodate you! Breakfast was also great because I could order food that wasn’t at the bar at no additional costs since I included it in my booking.
There isn’t a refrigerator, microwave, or iron in the rooms. That’s the main and only thing I didn’t like.

I loved the decoration at the entrance. It looked like a Frida Kahlo exhibit. I loved how clean it was and how professional and nice the workers were.
I honesty have no complaints. My experience was great.

Location
The advertiese Wifi was “high speed”. Was not high speed at all. Had to turn off my cámara to have “decent” meetings. So frustrating. Called Front Desk, and they didn’t know what to do, other to move to the business center, because the wifi in my room had any connection.
