The property is great and very well equiped, location is perfect and staff working at the building are super nice. We just had a strange situation with the neighbour of the apartment opposite to ours knowing the entry code as they stayed in our apartment during 2025 and when I asked the host to change the code I didnt get an answer, this made us feel quiet insecure and not hearing back was also not appropriate.

We loved this place and balcony while escaping Hurricane Milton! Easy walk to beach, pier, Publix, and Walgreens right next door. Quick drive to Aventura Mall, South Beach, and Bayside Marketplace. Couldn't think of a better place to be and would love to come back again!
