About this house rental
Relax with family and friends at this peaceful beach house on the beautiful west side of the island. Conveniently located on a beach access street less than 2 blocks from the ocean, no need to drive or find parking. The fully-stocked kitchen is open to great room and all furniture has recently been upgraded, along w/decor & bedding. There are two outdoor showers, one enclosed/private in the backyard. We do allow pets, for an additional fee, so please indicate that when booking.
Entire home, backyard and patio is for guests. Garage and downstairs storage closet will be locked/no access.

House was better than advertised. Great location and well equipped for a weeks stay. Outside grill is brand new and works awesome. Outside shower Owner is awesome and truly wants your stay to be a great experience. Don't sleep on this property.

My family of 9 people had a great time in this rental. The walk to the beach is a straight shot and the walkway onto the beach is more of a ramp so there were no stairs which was nice. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms and the kitchen is stocked with the items you will need. We had all the info for easy check in and out. Lisa even let us know they were still doing fireworks the day we got there so lots of excitement from the kids. No one wanted to leave when our time was up!

We loved this place! Easy walk to the beach in a great beach location, off the handicapped/ramp entrance which made bringing our wagon (and children) super easy. Beds were comfortable, it was easy to communicate with Lisa, there was a trunk of games for both kids and adults, and there was plenty of space for our 4 adults and 4 kids. If we have the same size group next year, we’d definitely return!

The place needs pressure washing. All the outside chairs on the patio were dirty. All the woodwork in the house was dirty. The ice maker and water dispenser in the refrigerator didn't work. The grill needs to be replaced. The pictures are very deceiving. Might have been nice if sq footage was disclosed.
