About this house rental
Walk a few minutes to the ski hill from this 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo, then come back to the fireplace after a day on the slopes. You get garage parking, so there's no scraping off the car, plus your own ski storage, and the place sleeps the whole crew with a bathroom for every bedroom. In summer, the same short walk gets you to mountain biking, hiking and the lift-served trails.
THE SPACE
It's about 400 yards to the Silver Star chairlift and ticket office.
Lift distances on foot:
- Silver Star Ski Lift - 6 min walk
- Three Kings Ski Lift - 9 min walk
- First Time Ski Lift - 10 min walk
Walk a few minutes, in either direction, down our private road to the base of Park City Mountain or the Silver Star Lift and Plaza. The condo is also a short walk (or even shorter drive) from the shops and restaurants of downtown Park City.
BUS AND PARKING
The free bus stops about 400 yards away, at 3 Kings on Blue Line #3. It comes every 20 minutes from 8 AM to midnight and reaches Park City, Canyons and Deer Valley resorts, plus shopping, restaurants, groceries, movie theaters and recreation centers. You don't need a car, but if you bring one there's parking for two vehicles: one in the garage and one in the driveway. Parking is noted in the listing and check-in details.
SUMMER
Park City has over 400 miles of trails and was the first Gold Level Ride Center named by IMBA, the international mountain biking group. Several trailheads start right next to the condo, and the Alpine Slide, Alpine Coaster and other mini amusement rides are a short walk away.
THE HOME
With new finishes and furniture throughout, Cabana Park City is clean, modern and thoughtfully designed to comfortably accommodate families and groups year round, including AMPLE storage for skis, snowboards and outdoor gear. We can't wait to host you on your vacation!
Bedrooms (all three are upstairs, off a hallway):
- King bedroom: king bed, closet storage, bench, desk and access to the back patio.
- Queen bedroom: queen bed, closet storage, TV, and an attached bathroom with tub/shower/vanity.
- Bunk room: 4 twin beds (2 bunks) plus a pullout sleeper sofa (full size bed); sleeps 6, with back patio access.
Bathrooms: one in the upstairs hallway and one in the downstairs hallway, each with tub/shower/vanity, plus the attached bathroom in the Queen bedroom.
On the main floor you will find an open floor plan with a living room, dining room and kitchen, plus a large foyer and a main floor bathroom with shower/tub.
GOOD TO KNOW
Due to HOA rules and regulations against open flames, the firepit/fire table on the balcony and patio CANNOT be used, and the propane has been disconnected. Please do not connect any propane to it.

Our 4-night stay was amazing! The home is comfortable and beautifully decorated, with breathtaking mountain views from every window and deck. Great proximity to hiking trails as well as shopping/dining in downtown Park City. It was the perfect spot for 6 of us to stay while visiting Park City for a family wedding. In addition, communication with the host was excellent - she was very friendly and attentive. We loved every minute and definitely hope to return!

We had a wonderful time at the Cabana! Katie & Luke’s home is beautiful, and very large. Our group of friends (9 adults) traveled to Park City for a long weekend and the Cabana was the perfect haven when we weren’t skiing. The kitchen is very well stocked, and had all the essentials! The hosts have gone above and beyond to ensure you have anything and everything you may need, including extra toiletries if anything is left at home. Short walk to the hill, and there is garage parking for a small SUV, in addition to driveway parking for an additional vehicle if necessary. Will definitely keep this property in my mind when I am back in Park City!
