The beds were comfortable, showers were excellent, the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The location was close to the train station and that was great because we had luggage. The luggage storage came in handy and was easy to use.
The elevators were not working one night, understand those things happen. We had two rooms and requested to be near each other. We were on the same floor but in opposite corners of the building.

Perfect location for Disney!

The location was good, nice and close to a shopping centre and easy access to Disneyland and Disneysea
It was dirty, we stayed at 7 hotels during our trip and this was our least favourite. Very unkept, windows, elevators, flooring all dirty. Large school group staying and very noisy, we even had kids running up and down the halls and pressing the door bell and running away and all times in the night. Floors above us noisy. Staff not helpful or friendly like other stays. Lolly bar was poorly kept and same lollies were there for our week long stay.
