From mid-October to early March, you will be entranced by the soft, orange-pink glow of sunsets while sipping your favorite drink from the balcony or taking an evening stroll along the beach. Summer guests will be mesmerized by full moons rising from the water entrancing the night's sky with their shimmering glow.
This small residential 10-unit building delivers an intimate feel, and is located within easy walking distance of some of the most desirable spots in South Walton including the famous Blue Mountain Beach Creamery, Blue Mountain Bakery, Redfish Taco, Blue Mabel's Smokehouse and Provisions, and Big Daddy's Bike Shop. On-site parking is restricted to one vehicle per rental. Minimal overflow street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.

ONE CAR LIMIT- If you have an extra car- please inquire we have off site parking for $25 a day- If you have an RV- I have off site parking at $50 a day for RV

This area is our favorite area to stay. The location and the private beach is incredible. The set up in this unit with 2 beds in the 2nd bedroom was perfect for our family. Waking up and going to bed with the views of the ocean make it dreamy.They have beach towels and extra beach chairs on the back patio if you need them.

This condo was everything we wanted plus some. It’s worth the price for sure. The check-in process was smooth, the condo was clean, and best of all (for me at least) was how comfortable the bed and pillows were! The location is super easy to find and to access local restaurants. It’s also not even a minute walk from the condo to having your toes in the sand. I can’t say how lovely it is having private beach access and the beachside service with our chairs and umbrella set up each day for us.You will NOT regret booking this place! We will definitely be back.
