So happy to return to this lovely apartment for a second year. The rooms have been spotless both times and have all the comforts one needs for a week in Boothbay! Very responsive and helpful host. Can't wait to come back next year!

This was a difficult property to rate. Though the apartment was perfectly clean and exactly as listed, the exterior yard and deck were littered with 'stuff.' It was, honestly, quite off-putting. Because my husband and I had no need to be outside, the accommodations were fine for two nights. Had we rented in Spring, Summer or Fall, and wanted to take advantage of the outdoor space, it would have been very disappointing.
