The house was nice, clean, very spacious, and communication with the owner was great. I suggest parking on the street if your vehicle sits low to the ground. The neighborhood is nice and quiet.

Although I did not have a great experience the physical parts of the house were extremely clean (floors, sinks beds rooms) The property manager that i spoke with was perfessonal and accomdating as she could. Unfortunately we ran into a problems that I communicated that could not be readily resolved. The first was linen shortage that was resolved. Next there is a roach problem. There were dead roaches in the cabinets and live ones crawling around. I even found on on the lamp shade when i went to turn the light on. The refrigerator leaked water from some where into the bottom draws. Also, there were areas where there were blown light bulbs so we had to move bulbs around. The knobs in the bathroom with the tub are not working properly. After showering it was almost imposdibl to turn the water off. We had to keep playing with it for a long legenths of time because we did not want to just leave it running. We wouldn't do that at our houses so we took the time. It was just a hassle over and over again because several people had to take showerds. Finally, the refrigerator went out a day before we realzed it because . At first, we thought it was just a bulb problem. we purchased a bulb the next day and realized it was something else. The house has eletrical issues. Even other lamps that came on when we first came stop. Finally, the house needs other functional dishes like banking pans not for cake bit for food like items. There no large bowls to mix things there wasnt even a bottle opener. Overall, the house is very dated, that was not a major problem. I mention this because the pictures online do not reflect what you get. The stay left mych to be desired. But i must say again Ms. Epps was very understanding and professional in trying to assist us.

About this house rental

The perfect place to accommodate the whole family or work staff. This great and classy place offers lots of room for fun and relaxation. You will definitely enjoy this stylishly decorated home with all its' original esthetics. The entire ranch is at your disposition along with many of the original furnishings from the unpolished hardwood floors to country style kitchen cabinets. Amazing Southern scenery to enjoy for quiet times, but also only 8 minutes from downtown. Sweet Home Alabama feeling.
