The property is located in walking distance of town to eat, shop or enjoy events. Close to trials for hiking, biking and close to the New River Gorge Bridge. Walk to Fayetteville Town Park featuring a splash pad for kids, pump track and ball fields. The National Park starts at the back yard. House has 2 bedrooms, full equipped kitchen, laundry room and more. Private covered back porch, gas grill, corn hole or just watch the dear and rabbits, play. Sit by the firepit and relax.

Really enjoyed our stay over the July 4th weekend. Everything was 100% as advertised and our host was very responsive. We even watched the fireworks together. The property is very very quiet which I really enjoyed. The location is walkable to downtown Fayetteville though I will say, parking is not an issue at restaurants so driving is also not a big deal. Would for sure stay again.

This property is one of my favorites. The home is very clean and decorated so cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you might need. It's location is ideal. The owner has thought of everything you might need including games for outdoor use as well as a fire pit. Covered back porch for morning coffee. Quite neighborhood.

This is a cute little house to stay in to visit the new River Gorge. It was close to town and all of the activities we wanted to do. I would definitely recommend it if you are in the area. We loved sitting outside on the back porch.
