This is The Beach Club - Avalon 901,a luxury 4 bedroom/4 bath with built in bunks, Gulf Front Condominium, on the 9th floor of the Avalon tower! This property offers an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico & a pristine coastline of sugar white sand beach. This magnificent gem is located on the Fort Morgan Peninsula, a narrow, one mile, strip of land offering a natural beach with wildlife, incredible views, and a destination away from city streets. You are encouraged to view the locator map.
Upon entry, you will walk past 3 well-appointed guest rooms and a set of built in bunks. The two guest rooms have balcony access and incredible views! Sunrises are especially gorgeous with an unobstructed view of 25 miles including Gulf Shores in the distance, the Gulf of Mexico and views all the way down the coastline.
The master bedroom is very spacious with a sitting area. You also have your own private door to the lanai. The sunset comes through the west window overlooking the pool and well-maintained grounds of the Beach Club. The master bathroom includes a jacuzzi tub for two, a travertine shower with two heads and controls, two sinks, television, and walk in master closet.
The beds are made with white linen and bath linens are supplied. A set of white linen is supplied for the sofa sleeper, also. There is a full size washer and dryer inside the condo for your convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer & cookware. Only a "One Day Supply" of toiletries/detergents/disposables for the kitchen & bathrooms provided.
The bedding arrangement is King master bedroom and 3 King guest bedrooms, a set of built-in bunks.. The large master bedroom adjoins the balcony with a direct Gulf View and has a walk-in closet. Two King guest bedrooms adjoins a balcony with a view of the coastline & Mobile Bay. The sofa sleeper will accommodate 2 people.
Parking passes are included in your quote: 1 vehicle for 1- and 2-bedroom condos, and 2 vehicles for condos with 3 or more bedrooms. Passes for additional vehicles can be purchased for $40 each. Each driver's name is registered with The Beach Club before arrival, and drivers receive their pass at the gate. Each driver should know the condo name and departure date. No trailers or RVs are allowed past the gate.

This is a true 4 bedroom 4 full bath condo. With an extra two built in twin bunk beds. The kitchen is spacious and the living room is large enough for 3 sofas and two chairs. Large dining table with a large bar counter with stools. We had a full family vacation. Grandparents and extended family. 9 people total and it was more than enough room. This would also be a fantastic unit for a couples trip. There are four bedrooms with king beds all with private bathrooms. Kitchen is well equipped for meals. For large groups. Overall the property is fantastic. Beach club has five separate pools. An onsite spa and gym facilities. Beach chairs are available for rent and are set up daily. Reserve them online before you go it is so easy and you are more likely to get front row. This is the best unit we have ever stayed in at beach club. We have stayed at beach club 4 times my family will attempt to book this unit whenever we go. It is that nice.

The home is wonderful. Plenty of room for a larger group and even better for a small group. The views are perfect with a nice cup of coffee on the balcony for morning sunrise. The kitchen amenities are top notch and very much appreciated. Easy check in and check out. Will stay again!
