About this house rental
Welcome to the " Copano Bay Fin and Feather" located in picturesque Copano Bay. Same incredible house with new owner. My home offers some of the best fishing and bird watching on the Texas Gulf Coast. Combine this with the awesome sunsets and smell of the fresh salt air and you will never want to leave. This spacious home has three living quarters. There is an upstairs (third floor) "Captains Quarters" with private En Suite including a Tub, Shower and extra-large closet with its own balcony overlooking the bay. The second floor includes two bedrooms, each with its own En Suite, a large fully furnished kitchen and dining area, a great room and a game room with pool table. The downstairs living area is newly remodeled and has two bedrooms one with a bunk bed full and twin (Matey's Room) and one with two queen sized beds (Mermaid Room). The downstairs bath has been remodeled and expanded to include an extra-large Rain Shower). There is also a Cabana Room which has a large screen TV and two bar tables and chairs along with a cabana bar and buffet. The remainder of the downstairs includes a washroom and 2 car garage and workshop with ample parking outside.
My home has a new fishing pier and a separate boat dock (both equipped with green lights). Catching the "Texas Grand Slam" a Flounder, a Speckled Trout and a Red Fish from the 165-foot pier with T-Head is not uncommon. There are a couple of rod holders to fish the channel for Reds while you drink some Texas Tea while listening to your favorite beach tunes.
We have also recently added a stainless steel offset smoker/grill so you can enjoy outdoor cooking while enjoying the view or fishing.
Yes, my house has Direct TV and I also have Wi-Fi---- however I suggest turning off the TV and Computer. Put away those cell phones and learn to relax and listen to the sounds of nature with each sunrise and sunset.

Plenty of room for the whole family. Rooms and bathrooms were split between 3 floors which allowed for plenty of privacy. The house was spacious and perfect for a family gathering right on the water. We took our kayaks and spent lots of time exploring and fishing. We would definitely stay here again.

Great for pets and kids as the property in 100% fenced.100's of ft. of fishing. 10 rods out and no issues. The large main floor makes it great for kids and adults. Everyone loved the pool table. Lots of garage space to store fishing stuff, chairs, etc. Host is very very responsive to questions, etc. Top floor AC had an issue, and he had Beyer Boys on it in a flash. Made it all a non-issue. This is our Family place from now on. Thanks, Chad !

This home is everything the pictures show. Lots of room for families to spread out, good bathrooms for all the bedrooms, beautiful kitchen, TV's that work properly, plenty of towels/linens, and friendly neighbors.
The outside area was fenced which was wonderful. We had easy access to the water from right off the back porch or from the two piers available. Our stay weather wise was full of strong winds and high heat, so the fishing was minimal but fun! There was also plenty of outside seating and a smoker for outside eating/visiting.
The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had before our stay and provided us with a great checklist. Thank you so much!
