Beware! This house is temperature-controlled, and the bedrooms are hot!!! All the furnishings are from Walmart (not upscale for the price you pay). The pool and hot tub needed major repair. The kitchen was sparsely stocked (it may be okay if you eat out every meal). Everything costs extra. We had to pay 75/day for the hot tub and 75/day for a grill—also, no access to the garage. On the positive side, it is close to Texas Tech and was quiet inside. Would only recommend in the winter.
