Renovated 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom home with backyard. Hardwood and Tile Floors. Pets are accepted. 4 Block to the beach and walking distance to many places. Street parking right out front. 4 Blocks from the beach but very quite area.

It was immaculate and nicely decorated. He included toilet paper, shampoo, soap, sponge and coffee much to my surprise. GREAT communication. Only problem was that there was no off street parking which was not listed in the description. Most of the time it was no problem but unloading was a huge issue. It’s a duplex so you can hear the neighbors. I would recommend as it’s only about 5 blocks from the beach. Pet friendly with a backyard. All beautiful hardwood floors. Kitchen nicely stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Nicest VRBO we’ve rented. We enjoyed our stay.

It is a perfect house for a family. Not too long of a walk to the beach. Grocery shops nearby. Property was very clean. The host was great and responded to my questions very quickly.
