This superb apartment of 106 m2 will allow you to share beautiful moments with family and friends!
In the heart of the historic city, you can contemplate the castle from the large living room. For your comfort: high-end American kitchen with fireplace. 2 spacious bedrooms and a wardrobe bed, of high quality!
Enjoy both the comfort offered by the modernity of this apartment and also the charm of the old. Private garden 10 minutes walk.
The accommodations are located on the 2nd floor, without elevator. It is therefore not accessible for people with mobility difficulties.
It has been recognized as furnished for tourism ****, by gîte de France!
The apartment is composed of 2 spacious bedrooms with 160X200 bed and two single beds (16 and 18m2) + 1 bed on the floor, a large entrance with a wardrobe/bed of 140X190 and a living room of 45 m2. Electric heating. The fireplace is no longer functional.
You can benefit from a laundry area with all the necessary equipment. Spacious and modern bathroom (shower). Towel dryer.
A garden can be made available to you, it is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. On site you will find all the comfort you need to share a meal. There is a small chalet with everything you need, a table, chairs, a pizza oven and Flamenkuch, barbecue. Ideally located to enjoy the sun, it will also give you a magnificent view of the castle.

You have a sticker to put on your vehicle to park in all paid parking lots in the municipality.
- The accommodation has a piano, a large aquarium (children are fans!), we also have the advantage of having an extendable table to accommodate 8 people.
You can benefit from our equipment: thermomix TM6, toaster, kettle, Delonghi bean coffee machine, steam oven, American fridge, juice extractor etc.
The central island of the kitchen also serves as a bar, it will allow you to spend a convivial moment around an aperitif or during the preparation of your meals.
We are located in the heart of the historic village, on the main street. We have a beautiful view of Kaysersberg Castle!
You can take advantage of all the local services on foot: bakeries, butcher, shops, Alsa Cyclo Tours (bike rental), town hall and tourist office, wine cellars, restaurants, Albert Schweitzer museum, castle, Christmas market, farmers' market on Fridays, market on Mondays, possibility of hiking.. etc.
A few kilometers away you can discover the Lac Blanc sector: mountain biking Lac Blanc Bike Park, ski resort, hiking.
Kaysersberg has been voted the most beautiful village in France, on the wine route, 10 minutes from Colmar.

The property was perfectly located in the centre of Kaysersberg Vignoble, it was spacious, nicely furnished and well fitted out with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. I would highly recommend.

It was just perfect! The appartment is in the middle of the historic city center, it is very well equipped and so cozy! Plus the landlords are very very nice. I highly recommend staying here :-)
