Charming stone cottages completely renovated for cottage 1 with a surface area of 32 m2 and for cottage 2 43 m2 with their dedicated swimming pools
The accommodations are composed of a living room with fitted kitchen, a master bedroom with television for Gite 1.
Gite 2 Bed 160 with air conditioning a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine, a large terrace with plancha barbecue, private parking and a private swimming pool with beach equipped for each cottage
The cottages are not overlooked, with a dominant view of the countryside (calm assured).
Between the Ardèche mountains and the Ardèche Gorges, discover the cultural heritage of the Ardèche, the southern Vivarais, a land of art and history, its villages of character, its vineyards...
Discover the natural sites, the Ardèche gorges, the Ray Pic waterfall, the Devil's Bridge, the Païolive Wood,.. within the Monts de l'Ardèche Regional Nature Park
Visit the many tourist sites, the great site of the Aven d'Orgnac, the restitution area of the Pont d'Arc cave (Chauvet cave), castles, museums... Unmissable sites for nature and leisure activities: swimming in the many surrounding rivers, hiking, mountain biking and fishing.
Near Aubenas and Vals Les Bains: swimming pools, the Thermal Baths (cures) in Vals Les Bains and Neyrac, wellness area (spa), its casino and games.
Linen provided (sheet, towels, etc.)
I only accept rentals from Saturday to Saturday

The cleaning package of 60€ only concerns the provision of household linen and the maintenance of the premises, the cottages must be left in a perfect state of cleanliness when you leave, in case of non-compliance, 60€ additional will be kept on the deposit of 600€ per credit card imprint
