Bright, clean, quiet studio, located 5 minutes from the beach, the train station, buses, attractions. Shops and bus stops at the foot of the building. Equipped kitchen, air-conditioned, comfortable bed in 160 x 190. Retractable and motorized sofa bed system.
An electric blind allows you to be totally in the dark for a deep sleep. The studio is located on the courtyard side, so very quiet. A bakery at the foot of the building for your gourmet breakfasts, the tourist office for all the information you need for your stay, beach equipment (parasol, mattress, chair...) at your disposal, restaurants, the tennis club, the cinema, the children's park, everything is 5 minutes walk away. A closed and secure garage under the building is available at an additional cost. Paid parking spaces nearby... and a welcome and availability guaranteed for each guest.

We had a fabulous stay here in this spotless clean studio. It’s a very well thought out apartment, making use of all available space, with a very clever bed. The apartment contains everything that you might need, Cathy is a perfect host who has clearly thought very well what people might like, such as beach towels, a fully equipped kitchen, and lovely finishing touches - including a beautiful bunch of flowers! Great communication. The location is perfect, steps away from everything but peaceful. We can’t wait to return!
