Freshly renovated apartment in an old Vosges farmhouse, rated 3 stars
The farmhouse is composed of 3 independent apartments (the apartment "le Cerf" for 14 people: 280m2, "La Biche" for 6 people: 85m2 and "Le Faon" for 4 people: 70m2)
If you rent the FAON, it is rare for the CERF to be occupied by other tenants
The apartment "LE FAON" is composed of a kitchen/dining room, a living room, two bedrooms, an independent bathroom and a separate toilet.
The first bedroom is equipped with a 140x190 bed. The second bedroom has two 90x190 beds
Apartment opening onto a balcony with garden furniture
Flowered green area of 1200 m2 with swing and barbecue. Petanque court
Accommodation for a maximum capacity of 4 people.
Adults, children and babies combined
Bed linen and towels not provided
UTILITIES INCLUDED (WATER, ELECTRICITY, HEATING)
The electricity consumption of the gîte is included in the rental price, however, it does not have a connection for electric and hybrid cars. It is therefore forbidden to plug in by any means whatsoever in the rental to recharge the vehicles.
An electric terminal is located 300 metres from the cottage, near the village hall.
We offer a home catering service in partnership with Double M traiteur in XONRUPT-LONGEMER.

Close to the lakes (of Longemer, Gérardmer, Retournemer) and the Vosges ridges, 5 minutes from Gérardmer, come and relax in our warm apartment. Located 1km from the small shops of the village (bakery, butcher/caterer, tobacconist/press, post office). 3 minutes from the ski slopes of "Poli", family resort and 10 minutes from the resorts of La Mauselaine or Bresse.
The area offers many hikes (mountain bike trail, hiking), activities (water sports on the lake and swimming pool, bowling, go-karting, tree climbing), outings (many bars and restaurants, discotheques, casino), visits (clog shop, confectionery), household linen, events (daffodil festival, motorsday, film festival, Gérardmer triathlon, Xterra)

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement bien équipé et très bien situé. Possibilité de rayonner facilement entre Gérardmer, les lacs et les sommets. Juste en face de l'appartement, un grand champ pour faire de la luge! Propriétaires attentionnés et réactifs en cas de problème. Pour que tout soit parfait, un lit plus grand dans la chambre parentale serait bienvenu.

Gîte tout neuf au sein d'une maison comportant plusieurs gîtes à venir. Bon niveau d'équipement (cuisine équipée avec un vrai four), dans un environnement agréable (verdoyant et résidentiel). Gestion de l'arrivée et du départ très souple, ce qui est appréciable quand on a beaucoup de route et une heure d'arrivée difficile à estimer.
