About this house rental
Visitors are welcomed by a massive, spectacular staircase that opens onto a series of reception rooms along the street side. On the garden side, the living room, dining room, and library—each retaining its original fireplace and decorated with period furniture, paintings, and sculptures from the owner’s collection—invite you to relax and contemplate.
A double bedroom on the first floor, accessible from the living room and featuring a private bathroom and toilet, also has its own entrance onto the meticulously maintained garden, adorned with stone sculptures. The rest of the bedrooms are spread across the spacious upper floor of this 600-square-meter building. These spaces are both spacious and minimalist, allowing the Murano glass light fixtures—a passion of the owners—that adorn some of them to take center stage. Three or four bedrooms—including a duplex suite for five people with a mezzanine—each with their own bathroom and toilet, can be made available to accommodate up to nine guests, while two other double bedrooms, one facing the street and one facing the garden, share the last bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Outside, a 700-square-meter backyard, shielded from view and overlooking the entire lower town, has been designed as an antique-style garden with sculptures, a gravel path, a terrace with garden furniture, a fountain in the outdoor patio, and a glass orangery, which serves as a summer dining room by candlelight. The 4 m by 9 m flat-bottomed pool (depth: 1.50 m), protected by an alarm, is at the center of this garden.
Our more athletic guests will appreciate the PRIVATE ACCESS TO THE CONDOM TENNIS CLUB year-round (4 minutes away), reserved in the hotel’s name. Eight traditional clay or soft-surface tennis courts—four of which are indoor—and brand-new padel courts with exclusive access are available there (information upon request).
A second garden at the foot of the ramparts has recently been created and designed as a haven of tranquility in the making, reminiscent of a monastery garden.
A locked garage, facing the street and located on the first floor of the house, provides secure parking for a classic car, and a private outdoor parking area for 5–6 cars is available near the orchard. This is a highly appreciated perk right in the historic center, ensuring you’ll never have to search for a parking spot during your stay.
In the basement, there is over 200m² of unrenovated vaulted stone cellar—a truly one-of-a-kind space.
And now for the heart of the mansion: the kitchen. A spacious, cool, and inviting room that opens directly onto the patio, equipped with a traditional range with two ovens, two separate sinks for greater convenience during food preparation, and, most notably, a fireplace specially designed for wood-fired cooking. A haven where wine lovers can savor the selection of wines specially crafted and blended by the owners exclusively for the hotel (available for purchase on site; prices posted). And a
