Le matériel à disposition pour la cuisine
Sa localisation à proximité de la plage des Tipaniers
Indiquer dans l'annonce que la terrasse est partagée avec un bungalow voisin. Ce n'est pas très professionnel de ne pas en parler dans l'annonce même si on nous a dit que les propriétaires du bungalow voisin n'étaient pas souvent présents.
Un rafraichissement du bungalow serait à prévoir.

The bungalow was basic, clean, and adequate. Note that the tap water is NOT safe to drink (throughout much of French Polynesia) and you must boil it or drink bottled water which is quite expensive. I got sick from drinking a small amount of tap water. Fortunately the rental unit does provide a full kitchen with stove pots and a water kettle to boil water though there were no warnings about the unsafe water in the listing. Check in was a disaster because the on-site contact did not send me arrival instructions in advance and did not reply to my communications until right before check-in. The Sunset Beach property managers in the office refused to provide any basic assistance or advice because this rental is technically not part of their managed properties. They wouldn't even let me use their WiFi to try and contact the person who was supposed to send me instructions on accessing the property. Very rude. Once I was checked in though everything was fine except that very little toilet paper is provided and you have to go buy your own. The water heater was intermittent, sometimes working and sometimes not. Overall the unit was clean and adequate, including the bed. The heat pump worked fine to cool the small unit and there were two fans to help with circulation. The WiFi inside the unit is sufficient but a bit slow. The proximity to the beach was nice and the community was quiet at night.
