Our stay couldn’t have been better and Jean-Philippe an excellent host. I can thoroughly recommend this property.

Clean room and the air conditioner was amazing. It was a hot week in Paris. Our host was amazing and very helpful.

This was our second stay and it was just as perfect as the first. Everything was great and we will reserve again for our next visit to Paris.

The studio is in an unbeatable location, very quiet and private, great views, nice balcony, comfortable bed and sofa, well equipped small kitchenette. Everything is functional, new or in good repair, and extremely clean. As mentioned by others, the bathroom and toilet are very small, okay for a short stay, especially for a solo traveler.Jean Philippe was an excellent host, who allowed us to check out late in return for washing the dishes and taking out the trash. Only minor suggestion would be to consolidate multiple emails and text messages with one set of instructions for the check in and apartment to simplify things for the guest.
