€45 per night from September 1 through June 30.
PLEASE NOTE: - July–August: weekly rentals only: €455/week.
Location: - The apartment is located at 129 RN7, 83490 Le Muy, on the second floor of a village house. It is in a quiet area with no direct neighbors facing the property, and offers views of the greenery and the Rocher de Roquebrune.
Sleeping Capacity: The apartment can accommodate a 6th person on a rollaway bed. For the 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th guests, a supplement of 5€ per day per person applies.
Our four-legged friends: Pets are allowed provided they are not left alone in the apartment and are not allowed on the beds or sofas.
Amenities: 2 90-cm beds, 2 sofa beds (1 measuring 140 cm wide and 1 measuring 80 cm wide), 4-burner gas stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, teapot, toaster, TV, heating, air conditioning, vacuum cleaner, dishes, pots and pans, etc.
On-site: Coffee, tea, sugar cubes, salt, pepper, dish towel, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, toilet paper, bath mat, soap, bucket + scrub brush + mop and cleaning solution, trash bag.
Please note: Sheets and towels are not provided and incur an additional charge of 6 euros per person for the duration of your stay, payable on-site upon arrival.
Around Le Muy: 12 km from the Vidauban recreation center, 16 km from Fréjus-St. Raphaël, 37 km from St. Tropez, 14 km from Draguignan, near the Gorges du Verdon and Lake Sainte-Croix. Kayaking and a water ski lift are 4 km away. It has a large Provençal market on Thursdays and Sundays. All shops are within walking distance. Parking: On the street or in the Carrefour Market parking lot 300 meters away.
BEFORE YOU LEAVE: THE APARTMENT MUST BE LEFT IN THE SAME CONDITION AS YOU FOUND IT. THE GUEST AGREES TO VACUUM, CLEAN THE FLOOR, THE GAS STOVE, THE BATHROOM, AND THE DISHES, AND TO PUT AWAY ANY ITEMS THEY HAVE USED.
