About this apartment rental
As for the layout, it’s quite nice, featuring:
• A living area with a sofa, flat-screen TV, and a dining table for 4–6 people, opening directly onto a south-facing balcony that also has a dining table for 4, as well as a sofa and reclining armchairs
• A kitchen open to the living room and equipped with everything you need—especially a Nespresso coffee machine (what else?), but also all the appliances, plus a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, and plenty of other classic surprises.
• A real bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)—just the way we like it—and a closet.
• A shower room with everything you’d expect from a shower room.
Some highlights:
• Parking space (first come, first served!)
• Renovated and decorated with care and love
• Reversible air conditioning for cool summers and warm winters.
• High-speed Wi-Fi because all you need is love and Wi-Fi.
• Double-glazed windows for maximum quiet
