New apartment located in Gérardmer, in the residence "L'Eau Vive", only 200 m from the lake and the city center. An ideal location to fully enjoy the resort without a car.
The real asset of the accommodation: a superb covered terrace of 23 m² facing south, fitted out with garden furniture, table, deckchairs and electric barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals and moments of relaxation in the sun.
Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, the apartment is bright, modern and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay with family or friends.
High-speed fiber WiFi is available throughout the accommodation.
The living room includes a fully equipped kitchen open to a convivial living room, with a 140 cm sofa bed.
On the night side, a functional family room with a 140 cm double bed and bunk beds can accommodate young and old in good conditions.
You also enjoy a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink, as well as a practical pantry for storage.
A closed garage in the basement accessible by the elevator completes the property, very appreciable in all seasons.
Bed linen is not included, but can be provided as a rental option at a rate of €12 per bed, to be paid on arrival.
A towel kit is also available for €8 (including a bath towel, a hand towel and a glove per person).
